Terms & Conditions

• Full payment is required at the time of your booking.
• Payments by Electronic Funds transfer, MasterCard or Visa. No Cheques
• Prices quotes are for 2 Adults – per night.
• Extra per Guest.

Check-in 2pm & Check-out 11am

• 1 Night Stay by arrangement with prior or cash payment,
• Guest Booking form to be completed prior check in.
• Long weekend Offers are min 3 night stay.
• No Pets – No Smoking – No Swimming.

Gift Certificates.

• Our customer is to provide the full name of the recipient, Our Guest.
• Certificates will be posted direct to our customer together with a copy of the invoice.
• Certificates will have a 6 month Expiry date.

Security Deposit (Bond)

• $300 should be paid for bookings during school holidays.
• Any damage must be reported.
• $50 – $300 charged depending on situation.

Cleaning Fee

• A cleaning fee of $50 will be charged should the cottage area be left as when arrived.
