- 50% Loss if you cancel between 8 – 27 days of your arrival date.
- 20% Loss if you cancel outside 28 days.
- 100% Loss – No Refund – if you cancel with in 7 days of your booking.
- We understand situations do arise that you need to cancel.
- The best solution would be for us to issue a credit.
Important note re COVID-19. Please be aware of the current risk of travel restrictions being imposed due to COVID-19, which may not be covered by travel insurance. If you are unable to travel due solely to mandatory travel restrictions and/or lock-downs, we will assist you with moving your booking within 12 months of cancellation. If you instead request a full cancellation, booking funds will be refunded less a 5% cancellation fee. Dec 2020
